摘    要:通过软弱土地区某住宅楼采用振动沉管灌注桩出现基础差异沉降过大的工程实例分析,提出了利用H型钢桩对建筑基础差异沉降控制的方法与施工工艺,及归纳总结了用H型钢桩处理基础差异沉降过大的优点和设计施工过程中需要注意的问题.工程实际运用效果良好,为类似工程提供参考价值.

Abstract:By analyzing the case of great differential foundation sedimentation of a residential building in soft soil area with vibration sinking pipe perfusion pile.This paper putted forward the design and the construction technology of the H-piles in limiting differential sedimentation of building foundation,and summarized the advantages of adopting the H-piles to handle the foundation with great differential sedimentation rate and the notable problem during the process of design and construction.It was applied in engineering practice and provided a reference value for similar projects.
