再生粗骨料混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究

摘    要:通过对4组再生粗骨料混凝土粱和1组普通混凝土粱的对比试验分析,主要研究在相同混凝土强度下,不同取代率的再生粗骨料混凝土梁和普通混凝土梁在抗弯性能上的差异和共同点.试验结果分析表明:再生混凝土梁的受弯过程仍有弹性、开裂、屈服、破坏四个明显的特征;再生混凝土粱的极限承载力小于普通混凝土梁,并随着取代率的增加有减小的趋势;再生混凝土粱的抗弯刚度小于普通混凝土梁;再生混凝土抗裂度比普通混凝土差.

Abstract:Analyzing and contrast the test based on four groups of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams and one group of ordinary concrete beams,research the differences and commons on flexural behavior of beams in the different replace rate between recycled coarse aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete in the same stre-ngth of concrete.The results indicated that recycled coarse aggregate concrete beam as well as the natural concrete beams,the bending process is still have four obvious characteristic the flexibility,crack,yield and the destruction;The ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete beams is less than ordinary concrete beams,and the trend has reduced with replace rate increase.It is still feasible to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams.The bending stiffness of recycled concrete beams is less than or-dinary concrete beams,and the crack resistance of Recycled concrete is less than ordinary concrete.
