政府投资项目可行性研究报告质量控制措施研究

可行性研究报告的编制工作是政府投资项目决策阶段的重中之重,高质量的可研报告是政府科学决策的主要依据,并在加强政府投资项目全过程监管、提高政府资金投资效益、提升政府投资决策水平等方面发挥重要的作用。但政府投资项目可行性研究工作同时也暴露了一些问题,主要表现在可研报告的质量良莠不齐,存在诸多问题,制约了其协助决策参考作用的发挥,因此,需采取相应措施予以提高报告质量。
