高低层连体建筑物地基基础设计

摘    要:结合工程实例,分析了基础按地基变形规定控制设计时的应对措施,高层主体下采用复合地基处理,并基于变刚度调平理论据上部荷载分布调整置换率以使沉降均匀,低层部分采用独立基础+防水板的形式来控制与高层主体的差异沉降。

Abstract:With practical examples,corresponding measures are analyzed about foundation design which is controlled by allowed settlement.Composite foundation used under higher part of building,and based on variable rigidity leveling theory,adjust soil exchange rate to make the settlement even according to the load distribution of the upper part,isolated foundation and waterproof board used with the lower part of the building to control difference settlement with main body.
