| 摘 要： | 根据宏观统计数据,调查个别城市的情况,结合专家论证活动经历和国内外研究成果,运用演绎推理的方法,研究目前我国实行的专家论证制度对于建筑施工安全状况改进的作用,该制度得以发挥作用的条件,以及与之配套、使之发挥作用的相关措施。提出为了把体现专家论证成果的安全专项施工方案贯彻落实,变为劳务层的正确行动,应充分发挥分包商对于控制事故根源因素的专长,在危险性较大的分部分项工程中,积极采用专业化分包方式,将会更加有利于落实安全专项施工方案和专家论证成果,进而减少安全事故的发生。 |

| Abstract: | By investigation on statistic dates, empirical studies, and literature studies, this paper described the efficiency of the Improvement of construction safety by the institution of expert evaluation on construction method statement. Furthermore, this paper discussed the preconditions of conducting the institution of expert evaluation on construction method statement, and indicated that in order to turn the method statement evaluated by experts into correct practice, decrease the possibility of construction accidents, it is important to incentivize the specialized subcontractor＇s ability in controlling the risks of construction accidents. |
