岩石切削中的声发射研究

摘    要:在牛头刨床上通过对10种岩石的切削试验,得到了在单粒金刚石钻头切削作用下岩石声发射活动与切向力、轴向力及破碎体积之间的一些规律。结果表明:岩石声发射波形与力的波形有较好的相似性,特别是与轴向力的波形相似性较好。不同的岩石有不同的声发射频率。一般,岩石的塑性系数越大,其主频越低;塑性系数越小,其主频越高。同时,岩石声发射波形也随压入硬度的升高而升高。岩石声发射波形和频谱对切削中的非正常工况也较为敏感,且有相应的反应。

Abstract:Some relationship of acoustic emission with longitudial and transverse forces and fragmentation volume have been found in the cutting tests for 10 types of rock using a single diamond bit.The results show that the waveform of acoustic emission from rocks and that of forces present good similarity,especially with the transverse force waveform,and different rocks have different main acoustic emission frequency. In general, the higher the plasticity coefficient of rocks, the lower the main frequency, and vice versa. In the meantime, the main acoustic emission frequency of rocks become high with increase of indentation hardness of rocks. On the other hand , acoustic emission waveform and spectrum of rocks become strange under unusual cutting condition, and different abnormal forms have different response.
