摘    要:对盾构推进过程结构进行三维非线性有限元仿真,提出迁移法模拟盾构前行过程;采用权刚度修正Goodman单元处理单元内存在两种材料的混合接触刚度。对某地下隧道工程的盾构推进过程进行了仿真计算,研究推进过程的地表变形和土体扰动规律。

Abstract:The simulation methodology of tunnel construction with shield moving forward by 3-D non-linear finite element method is proposed. A transferring stiffness method is put forward to imitate moving-forward shield process and the weighted stiffness is used to modify Goodman element for the case of two types of materials. An example of underground project is studied and the laws of displacements of ground surface and disturbance to the soil are analyzed. It is proved that the shield going-forward will heavily disturb the soil and induce upheaval and settlement of ground.
