低透高瓦斯煤层群安全开采关键技术研究

摘    要: 针对低透高瓦斯煤层群安全高效开采技术难题,以淮南矿区为主要试验研究基地,研究应用岩石力学、岩层移动理论和“O”形圈理论,针对不同煤层和瓦斯地质条件,探索出一整套“开采煤层顶底板卸压瓦斯抽采工程技术方法”,建立卸压开采“抽采”瓦斯和煤与瓦斯共采工程技术体系。研究“采场岩层移动规律、卸压瓦斯运移规律、卸压瓦斯富集区、开采煤层卸压范围以及开采煤层增压范围”科学规律,研究“首采层卸压瓦斯、上向卸压层瓦斯、下向多重卸压层瓦斯以及地面钻孔卸压瓦斯”理论与技术,形成系统、成熟的瓦斯抽采理论与技术。创新卸压开采抽采瓦斯理论和技术,解决了煤与瓦斯共采重大工程技术难题。

Abstract:For the problems of safe and high-efficient exploitation in low permeability and methane-rich seam group,Huainan area was chosen as primary experiment base. And based on different coal seams and gas geological conditions,by means of rock mechanics,strata moving theory and “O-ring theory”,a series of engineering technologies on pressure relief gas drainage by mining the roof of the coal seams were built;and the technological system of gas drainage of pressure relief mining and integrated coal mining and gas extraction was established. The rules of rock strata moving,pressure-relieved gas moving,abundant zone of pressure-relieved gas,pressure-relieved zone and pressure-enhanced zone of mining seam were studied. The theory and technology of pressure relief gas in first-mined seam,gas in upward pressure relief seam,gas in downward pressure relief seam and pressure relief gas of surface borehole were studied. The theory and technology of pressure relief gas drainage were developed;and the problem of integrated coal mining and gas extraction was resolved.
