| 摘 要： | 分析了教学型工科院校机械专业建设与人才培养存在的问题,提出了专业教学团队建设的新思路。紧密结合社会需求、学校定位和特点,基于用人单位、毕业生及在校生问卷调查,搭建出具有建筑机械共性特征的专业教学平台,形成了以建筑机械为专业特色的应用型人才培养模式,探索出一条适合教学型工科院校专业建设和人才培养之路。通过人才培养效果分析,说明这种模式的有效性和可行性。
