| 摘 要： | 现代土木工程特点在很大程度上决定了土木工程专业人才的培养模式。本文从现代土木工程的特点出发,阐明了土木工程师应具备的知识结构与素质。在此基础上,分析了同济大学土木工程学院2004年实施的土木工程专业本科培养计划的两个特点,即重视专业基础课和专业课的教育,以及加强工程训练,培养工程素质。

| Abstract: | The characteristic of modern civil engineering the knowledge structure and the qualities that civil engineers should have are proposed.Based on the proposal,two characteristics of the program at Tongji University carried out since 2004 are analyzed,which are,emphasizing on professional fundamental course and professional course education,intensifying engineering training and improving engineering qualities. |
