| 摘 要： | 章认为只有充分借鉴国际成功经验，深化教育教学改革，才能从容面对加入WTO带来的挑战。高等院校要确立高等院校市场主体地位，学习借鉴国际成功办学经验；要进一步加强教学管理人员和师资的对外交流合作；借鉴国外高等院校管理模式，推进校内管理体制改革；积极探索合作办学的新模式，提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | China's entry of WTO established the higher education's global opening concept. If the education reformation being accelerated, should we learn from the international education development. The schools of higher education should be developing in the market environment as marketer, and the management and teachers should be familiar with the international higher education development trend, the schools of higher education should teamwork with foreign schools in the new models. |
