| 摘 要： | 文章结合北京建筑工程学院土建类专业开展的教学实践活动，对土建类专业人才实践能力的培养内容、方法、过程和构架进行了研究并形成了符合土建类院校人才培养定位的培养模式。实践证明，在以土建类专业为特色的院校培养应用型技术人才的教学过程中采用此模式可以取得良好的效果。
