| 摘 要： | 根据1998年10月教育部颁布的《普通高学校本科专业目录》，在“强基础，宽口径，多方向”和“大土木，大工程”的思想指导下，本从综合素质，知识结构和能力结构几个方面，介绍了西南石油学院研制《土木工程专业（四年制本科）学分制指导性教学计划》的具体过程与佬培养方案的实施情况。

| Abstract: | According to the Directory of Undergraduate Majors for Higher Education issued by States Education Commission in October 1998,under the guidance of "strengthen fundament,widen caliber and broaden all-around"as well as "larger-scale construction and projects",this thesis concerns about the exact process of the preparation of Teaching Procedure Directed by Credit System for Civil Engineering Students and the practice of the training talents schema in SWPI from various aspects of comprehensive quality,knowledge frame and ability frame as well. |
