| 摘 要： | 新的世纪 ,新的时代 ,呼唤着新的思维方式。系统性思维在岩土工程科研、教学管理中的目的是以管理科学为技术手段 ,针对现代岩土工程教育的新特点 ,实行有效管理 ,充分发挥教师、科研人员的创造性和积极性 ,从而加快出人才、出成果、出效益。文章就如何运用系统思维方法优化现代岩土工程科研、教学管理的问题 ,提出了几点方法

| Abstract: | New times called the new thought method in new century. The purpose of system thought in the scientific research and teaching management of geotechnical engineering, with the new characteristic of modern education of geotechnical engineering, is carries out the effective management, and gives play to the creativeness of teacher and scientific researcher, thus enable a person ability, produces result and goes out the beneficial result. A few methods has been put forward for how to use the system thought method to optimizes scientific research and teaching management of geotechnical engineering in the paper. |
