| 摘 要： | 中国房地产经营管理专业的建设随着房地产业的发展不断完善,探索房地产经营管理专业的人才培养模式,对学科发展具有重要意义。文章在对房地产经营管理专业与其他专业综合分析的基础上,提出了建立"三维度"的人才培养目标,建立"社会—教学—社会"的课程引导模式,提出了技术型管理人才的培养模式。

| Abstract: | Construction of real estate management specialty in China is constantly improving with the development of the real estate industry. The exploration on talent training mode of real estate management specialty is important for the development of the subject. Based on the analysis between real estate management and others specialties, we presented a talent training goal of ＂three dimensions＂, established a curriculum guide mode of ＂society-education.- society＂, and proposed a training mode for technology-based management talents. |
