土建类专业“工学交替”校企合作人才培养模式实践

摘    要:对土建类专业生产实习模式现状与弊端进行了分析,根据教育教学规律和学生创新能力、实践能力培养的内在要求,对人才培养模式进行了改革和创新,采用"工学交替"校企合作模式,利用企业的教学资源和教学环境,培养企业需要的、满足岗位能力要求的高技能人才。实践证明,"工学交替"校企合作人才培养模式极大地提高了学生的自主学习技能、工程实践能力和团队合作精神,并激发了学生的创新思维。

Abstract:Status and drawbacks of current civil engineering practice mode were analyzed.The training mode was reformed and innovated according to education rules and inherent requirements of students' creative and practical abilities.Engineering-learning alternating cooperation training mode was applied to meet the enterprise requirements for highly skilled talents using teaching resources and business environment in enterprise.Engineering-learning alternating cooperation training mode greatly enhanced students' independent learning skills,practical ability,team spirit,and the spirit of innovation.
