| 摘 要： | 分析了目前土木工程专业毕业设计中在综合素质和工程能力培养方面存在的问题,介绍了东南大学土木工程专业四年级导师制与毕业设计相结合的教学培养模式,通过毕业设计实践教学基地的培育和建设,探索以工程为背景、以创新精神、综合素质和工程能力培养为目标的"研究型"毕业设计教学新方法。通过3年的教学实践表明,该方法效果显著。

| Abstract: | The existing problems in graduation design of civil engineering specialty were analyzed in this arti- cle.The teaching and training model adopted in southeast university,which combines the tutorial system for the seniors with the graduation design,was introduced here.By establishing practical-teaching bases,a new training method in graduation design was studied,which based on practical projects,emphasizing the training targets of in- novating spirits,comprehensive qualities and engineering abilities.The method has been proved to be fruitful by 3 years practice. |
