| 摘 要： | 根据中国高等教育创新型人才培养的具体要求，结合地方高校的办学条件和办学特色，以佛山科学技术学院土木工程专业为例，提出了本专业特色人才培养的具体构想，为中国地方高校创新型人才培养的新模式提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | According to the specific demands for the education of creative talents of high education, consideration of conditions and characteristics of the running school, and based on the building experiment of the special field of civil engineering in the Foshan University, a particular scheme is put forward to the education of characteristic talents for the special field of civil engineering. This paper provides a new mind about the education of creative talents for the regional common university. |
