| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher education in P.R.China,a great number of PhD and postgraduate students become a vital new force of scientific and technological innovation.Postgraduate education is one of the most important components of higher education,and sci-tech periodicals play an important role in postgraduate education quality.Improving the overall quality of postgraduates not only contributes to the stability and growth of author team,but also plays an active part in improving the quality of sci-tech periodicals. |
