| 摘 要： | 我国的规划评估工作正在逐渐推开，但尚处于探索评估技术、积累经验的阶段。本文在调研总结国际先进城市规划评估经验的基础上，主要针对其中的城市总体规划实施效果评估这一内容，总结归纳这些城市在规划效果评估实践中的特点及优点。期冀在规划效果评估技术方法方面给国内评估实践工作提供一定的启示和建议。

| Abstract: | As plan evaluation in China is still in its development stage, Chinese planners are still in need of better techniques in plan evaluation. Based on a survey of plan evaluation experiences from abroad, we discuss how plan evaluation in Chinese cities can be further improved. International experiences introduced in this paper might be of use for the monitoring of plan outcomes. |
