德累斯顿滨河人文景观之发展

2004年夏季，联合国教科文组织将德累斯顿易北河谷（Elbtal Dresden）列为世界文化遗产。这座百年来绝无仅有的自然与建筑完美结合的城市成为德国城市景观最具魅力的城市。本文回顾了德累斯顿市的发展和城市景观形成的过程，分析了城市重建过程中对自然景观的保护和人文景观的重建和维护，以及对自然景观和人文景观和谐统一发展的引导和塑造问题。最后论述了不同层次的规划对德累斯顿易北河段人文景观的发展和保护的作用。

The Development of Cultural Landscape in the Elbtal Dresden

In summer 2004, The Elbtal Dresden was listed in the list of WHC by the UNESCO. For hundreds of years, Dresden has been the most charming city in Germany for her perfect integration of nature and buildings. With the introducing of the development of Dresden and the formation of its urban landscape, this paper analyzed the conservation of natural landscape and the rebuilding and preservation of the cultural landscape during the process of urban rebuilding. This paper also discussed the problem of leading and shaping the harmony of natural landscape and cultural landscape. Finally, Planning of different levels has different effects on the development and conservation of the cultural landscape in the Elbtal Dresden.
