| 摘 要： | 城市地下空间的应用已经在世界范围内成为一种潮流,但对城市地下空间效益的评估目前尚没有统一的规范和方法.作者从地下空间和地面建筑的对比出发,针对城市地下空间效益评估中所应注意的关键问题进行探讨;在分析了城市地下空间整个生命周期中各种直接效益的基础上,讨论了其在环境、防灾和社会效益上的间接作用.

| Abstract: | The application of the urban underground space has become a trend in the world,but there is no uniform criteria or methods to analyze the urban underground space's benefit.In this paper,compared with surface construction,what we should noticed in the assessment of urban underground space is pointed out,analysis on the value of urban underground space in a life-cycle and discussion of its indirect benefits to the environment,disaster controlling and social effect aspects are carried out. |
