石油工程中岩石裂纹扩展与破坏机理研究

摘    要:石油工程中岩石特点是埋藏深、受高温、高压的作用。它是一种非均质不连续体的脆性材料 ,其破坏过程是在水力或机械作用下 ,岩石内部裂纹的产生、扩展、合并和贯通的过程。本文对石油工程作业中的岩石裂纹扩展与破坏机理进行了较详细的理论分析 ,并通过实验研究对岩石裂纹的产生、扩展和贯通的全过程进行了探讨。得出了射流水楔作用是岩石裂纹产生、扩展、贯通以及破坏的重要方式 ,为石油工程作业的设计与施工提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The rock in oil engineering is under the action of high temperature and high pressure with deep deposition. It is a brittle material and heterogeneous discontinuous body. The process of its failure is one of initiation of inner cracks of the rock followed by their propagation, connection and link up. In this paper, a theoretical analysis on mechanism of crack propagation and failure of the rock in oil engineering was carried out. The process of initiation of inner cracks of the rock followed by their propagation, connection and link up was investigated by experimental study. It is concluded that the initiation, propagation and link up of the cracks are caused by the action of jet water wedge. It offers a theoretical basis for design and construction of oil engineering work.
