基于专家-层次分析法的地下空间适宜性评价

摘    要:对环境地质调查成果的转化进行了研究,提出基于MapGIS利用地质环境要素对城市地下空间开发适宜性评价的方法。首先通过专家打分法选择合适的评价因子,利用地质环境调查成果,按各因子的地质环境条件对研究区进行分区,再利用层次分析法确定各评价因子的权数,最后通过MapGIS空间分析功能,将各因子的分区图按因子的权重进行叠加,得到适宜性分区图,实现可视化,并作出适宜性评价,实现成果转化。并以南宁市西津幅的环境地质调查成果为例,通过所列的评价指标体系和评价方法对研究区进行了评价,其成果可为南宁城市规划区地下空间开发利用的整体规划提供指导和借鉴。

Abstract:This paper studied the transformation of environmental geological survey results, and proposed the method to evaluate the suitability of urban underground space based on MapGIS. Firstly, the research selected the appropriate evaluation factor through the expert marking method and used geological environment survey results, according to the geo-environment condition of each factor to partition in the research area. Secondly, the research determined the weight of each evaluation factor by the expert-analytic hierarchy process. Lastly, by spatial analysis function of MapGIS, overlaying the partition map of each factor of the weight factors, the research obtained the appropriate zoning map to realize visualization, and made appropriate evaluation to realize the achievement transformation. Taking the geological environmental survey results of Xijin panel in Nanning city as an example, the research area was evaluated by the index system and method, and the results can provided guidance and reference for the overall plan of underground space development and utilization in Nanning urban.
