箱涵顶进施工安全监测与控制技术研究

摘    要:针对在软弱土层中超浅埋深大体积箱涵顶进技术所出现的问题,提出一套箱涵姿态全程自动数字监测系统方案.该系统可在箱涵顶进的过程中对箱身的轴线、进程、涵端土压力以及后背变形进行全程的、实时的跟踪监测并通过系统的软件处理及时采取相应的措施.通过对箱涵顶进施工过程信息化、智能化,不但能有效地解决在软弱土层中超浅埋深大体积箱涵顶进技术所出现的问题,而且能够大大节省人力、财力、物力.

Abstract:According to the problems in the great shallow - buried tunnel and big box culvert - jacking work in the weak soil, this paper sets forth a method of automatic numerical measuring in box culvert - jacking. The system may be used to measure roundly and duly the displacement of box, earth pressure of the front of box and distortion of the back of box culvert - jacking. Then, through analysis of computer software in the system, proper measures are taken in time. Based on the formation of box culvert -jacking, the system not only solves effectively the problems of great shallow -buried and big box culvert -jacking work in the weak soil, but also saves manpower, financial and material resources.
