重庆市渝中半岛地下空间开发安全风险评价

摘    要:针对重庆市渝中半岛地下空间的特点,开展了地下空间开发安全风险评价研究。首先,利用地质环境调查数据,基于层次分析法和专家问卷调查法筛选并建立了地下空间开发安全风险评价指标体系;其次,结合模糊评价和变权思想建立了安全风险模糊变权综合评价分析模型;然后,基于ArcGIS Engine开发了重庆市渝中半岛地下空间开发安全风险评价系统,实现了区域整体评价和规划待建轨道工程风险分析的功能;最后,整体评价了渝中半岛地下0~150 m的开发安全风险,并选取某待建轨道工程进行了精细化风险分析。结果表明:本文开发的评价系统加载了模糊变权综合评价分析模型,完成了渝中半岛地下空间的三维评价,可为穿越该评价区域的规划待建轨道工程辅助选线设计提供参考。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the underground space of Yuzhong Peninsula of Chongqing, the safety risk evaluation of underground space development was carried out. Firstly, using the geological environment survey data, the safety risk evaluation index system of underground space development was screened and established based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and expert questionnaire survey method. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation model of safety risk was established combined with fuzzy evaluation and variable weight thought. Then, the safety risk evaluation system of the underground space development of Yuzhong Peninsula was developed based on ArcGIS Engine, which realizes the functions of regional overall evaluation and risk analysis of a tunnel plan to be built. Finally, the overall safety risk of 0~150m underground development was evaluated, and a tunnel to be built was selected for refined risk analysis. The result shows that the evaluation system developed in this paper is loaded with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis model considering variable weight to complete the 3D evaluation of Yuzhong Peninsula underground space, and it can be used for the auxiliary route selection design of the planned track project to be built crossing the evaluation area.
