摘    要:某裙房及拟建超高层塔楼附近有隧道通过,该隧道在平面位置上与塔楼相邻,并从裙房下部穿越,空间关系复杂。本文采用三维弹塑性有限元方法通过围岩的位移场、应力场、塑性区分布及变化情况分析三者的相互影响程度和安全性。研究结果表明:修建裙房后开挖隧道,相互影响小,塔楼修建对隧道影响大,为确保安全,需增大塔楼与隧道两者水平距离。本文分别对7.5 m、11 m、14 m三种不同水平距离进行建模分析,得出了隧道距离塔楼的最小水平距离大于14 m,两者相互影响程度较小的结论。可为以后类似工程问题的安全性评估提供参考价值。
