| 摘 要： | 上海地区结合轨道交通车站开发的地下综合体是一种能充分利用轨道交通资源的地下空间开发模式。在系统分析城市地下综合体开发的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的基础上,结合地铁车站、隧道与地块开发建筑共建的上海日月光中心这一地下综合体工程的成功实践,对软土地区建造大型地下综合体所面临的岩土工程问题及工程技术对策进行了分析总结,可为软土地基中结合轨道交通建设大力发展城市地下空间开发的区域综合工程提供工程借鉴和交流。 |

| Abstract: | In Shanghai,the development of underground complex combined with rail transit station is an underground space development mode which can make full use of rail transit resources.To promote the application of this development mode,this paper discussed economic,social and environmental benefits of the urban underground complex firstly.And then,some geotechnical engineering problems and engineering technical countermeasures faced for large underground complex construction,were analysed combined with underground complex engineering practice,the project Sun Moon Light Centre in Luwan district,Shanghai.The success of the project,subway station,tunnel and high-building built altogether,can provide engineering reference for integrated regional project of the urban underground space development combined with orbit transportation in soft soil area. |
