风化破碎围岩巷道锚网(索)支护设计参数研究

摘    要:处于煤层露头附近强风化、氧化带中的回采巷道,由于煤岩体内风化裂隙增多,强度降低,使这样围岩条件下的回采巷道的支护设计与维护管理都面临着与普通围岩条件巷道不一样的新问题.巷道顶部的破碎围岩能否形成稳定的承载压力拱结构,是决定巷道稳定状态、支护形式与支护参数的主要因素之一.论文以松散、破碎围岩的压力拱理论为基础,结合龙东煤矿7144材料道的工程实际背景,对风化破碎围岩巷道的锚网(索)支护设计参数进行了系统分析.

Abstract:The entry in strongly weathered and oxidized zone near the outcrop of coal seam has an increase of weathered fractures in coal and rock mass and a decrease of strength.The problems in support design and application maintenance of the entry in such surrounding rock condition will differ from the problems in common surrounding rock condition consequently.Whether the fractured surrounding rock in the roadway roof can form a stable bearing struc- ture is one of the main factors to determine the stability,support form and support parameters of the roadway.Based on the bearing structure theory for loose and weathered rock,this article analyzes systematically the bolting(cable) design parameters for roadway in weathered and fractured surrounding rock with the reference of the actual engineering background of 7144 material roadway in Longdong Mine.
