| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了上海地区某基坑工程失稳事故。水泥搅拌桩由于施工简便,经济性好等优点,在此工程中作为围护结构使用。但是由于施工场地不合理的堆载及其他一些因素导致基坑东北角水泥搅拌桩围护结构发生破坏。本文通过有限元软件对该事故进行分析,为今后的工程提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a case study of an instable trouble in Shanghai.Cement mixing pile had been used in this project because of its facility construction and lower payment.But due to the improper preloading and bad weather,slippage happened in the north east part of excavation.FEM software analysis has been introduced in this project and some conclusions have been made for future construction. |
