摘    要:水泥路面在荷载与环境因素作用下,板与基层的粘结状况将会不断恶化,由连续接触变为分离。为此,文中通过三点梁弯曲试验,测得荷载-跨中挠度曲线(P-δ)和荷载-裂缝张开口位移曲线(P—CMOD),用于分析和评价板与基层粘结行为变化。根据试验结果对比分析可知,最大开裂荷载并不能够有效的评价水泥混凝土和基层的粘结行为,因此文中提出了基于P—CMOD和P-δ曲线计算断裂能评价界面粘结行为的方法,并通过试验对比分析得到了不同界面处理技术对界面粘结性能的影响。

Abstract:The interfacial state of slab-base interaction will vary from bonded to partial bonded under loading and environmental effects. Therefore, the three-bending beam test are used for studying and evaluating the interfacial bond performance in this paper, and the fracture energy of interaction cracking can be calculated through load-midspan deflection (P-δ) curve and load-crack mouth opening displacement (P-CMOD) curve which are collected in tests. According to comparison of test results, the maximum load as an index is not enough and the fracture energy from P-CMOD and P-δ should be adopted for evaluating the interfacial bond performance, and the effects of different interface conditions on bond performance are analyzed.
