防辐射C35大体积混凝土配合比设计与施工

摘    要:重晶石防辐射混凝土容易出现离析和泌水现象,不仅会导致工作性差不宜泵送施工,而且会影响到混凝土结构内部的匀质性。文中对密度等级5级的C35复合骨料重晶石防辐射混凝土进行试验研究与工程应用研究,通过配合比设计与工程温控,制备出密度2895kg/m3,工作性能良好的重晶石复合骨料防辐射混凝土,并应用到了实际工程。

Abstract:Barite anti-radiation concrete is easy to be segregation and bleeding. Not only will it lead to the poor workability and unsuitable for pumping construction, but also affect the homogeneity of concrete structure. In this paper, experimental research and engineering application of C35 composite aggregate barite radiation-proof concrete with density grade 5 are carried out. Through mixing designed and engineering temperature controlled, the barite composite aggregate radiation-proof concrete with a density of 2895kg/m3 and good performance were prepared and applied to practical engineering.
