地铁盾构侧穿高速桥桩基的影响分析

摘    要:以佛山地铁莲塘~张槎盾构区间侧穿佛开高速桥施工为工程依托,运用MIDAS/GTS有限元程序模拟盾构开挖的全过程,采用不加固和袖阀管注浆加固两种施工工况,分析不同工况下盾构施工对地表沉降和桥梁桩基的差异沉降,结果表明,地层受盾构施工的影响范围都逐步扩展,地表沉降曲线符合Peck沉降槽规律,袖阀管注浆加固后地表沉降量减小约为4mm,桥梁桩基差异沉降减小1.3mm。

ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCE OF METRO SHIELD TUNNEL UNDERNEATH HIGHWAY BRIDGE PILE FOUNDATION
Abstract:The project-basis on Foshan Metro from Liantang to Zhangcha Shield tunnel underneath Fokai highway bridge pile foundation,this paper used MIDAS / GTS dimensional finite element program to simulate shield excavation of the entire process,the process of shield excavation using no reinforcement and sleeve valve tube grouting construction of two conditions,the influence of shield construction on surface settlement and differential settlement of bridge pile foundation under different working conditions is analyzed.The results showed that:reinforcement conditions and not reinforced ground conditions range which affected by shield construction are gradually expanded,surface subsidence curves showed significant sedimentation tank,in line with the law of the settler Peck,after sliping casting to reinforce the sleeve valve pipe,the settlement of the ground surface decreases by about 4mm,and the differential settlement of the bridge pile:foundation decreases by 1.3mm.
