| 摘 要： | 民用建筑结构使用多,人员活动聚集,易于成为恐怖爆炸袭击的目标。从阐述爆炸冲击波的特点出发,分析了爆炸冲击波对建筑结构损伤作用的机理;根据建筑结构的抗爆设计原则,提出建筑结构的抗爆设计目标可以划分为:基本目标(结构不发生连续倒塌)、优先目标(结构不因局部构件或结构损伤而发生整体破坏)和高级目标(控制或减少爆炸产生的次生杀伤性飞片)等3个层次。最后从普通民用和公共建筑结构两个方面,分别总结和提出了抗爆设计方法。
