摘 要: | 对于大型商业和公共建筑物,机电设备的正常运作是物业管理的基本要求,但机电设备故障是无法避免的事实,一旦发生机电设备出现问题,如何快速确定故障点,并能快速处理事故,是大型商业和公共建筑物机电设备应急管理必须解决的问题。本文介绍基于BIM技术的建筑机电设备应急管理系统技术实现方法选择和总体设计。

Abstract: | For large commercial and public buildings, the normal operation of MEP is a basic requirement of property management. But MEP emergency response is the fact which can not be avoided. In case of MEP down- time, how to quickly identify the crash equipment and quickly manage the accident are critical issues to be solved properly during large commercial and public building MEP operation and maintenance. and design of emergency management system for MEP was introduced based on BIM in Research on key technology this article. |
