摘    要:商业街魅力度已成为衡量商业街价值的一项重要指标。本研究以南京市传统商业街为研究对象,从游客角度出发,分析归纳出景观性小品、传统建筑元素等7个影响传统商业街魅力度的景观因子。结果发现:提取出的7个景观因子均对提升传统商业街魅力度有积极作用,其中景观性小品对传统商业街魅力度影响最大。游客大多聚焦于商业街中参与性及观赏性强的景观要素,对照明系统、标识系统和功能性小品等实用性景观要素关注度较低。最后结合调研及分析结果,对传统商业街的景观设计提出建议。

Abstract:The attractiveness of commercial streets has become an essential indicator for measuring the value of commercial streets.This study takes Nanjing traditional commercial streets as the research objects,and from the perspective of tourists,analyzes and summarizes seven landscape factors such as landscape sketches and classical architectural elements that affect the charm of traditional commercial streets.The results found that the extracted seven landscape factors all had a positive effect on enhancing the charm of traditional commercial streets.Among them,landscape sketches were the landscape elements that had an enormous influence on the charm of traditional commercial streets.Most of the tourists focused on the participation and viewing of commercial streets but paying less attention to practical landscape elements such as lighting systems,signage systems,and functional sketches.Finally,based on the results of investigation and analysis,suggestions are made for the landscape design of traditional commercial streets.
