| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了招标咨询在重庆市的发展现状,分析了招标咨询行业在发展中存在的问题和弊端,并针对以上问题,从规范招标咨询机构的资质就位、加强从业人员职业道德建设和建立、健全招标咨询行业的社会信用体系等六个方面提出了解决问题的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the present state of tender consulting industry in Chongqing,analyzed the existing problems and disadvantages in its development. Aim at these problems,the author proposed the methods and measures from the following aspects: qualification of the consult organizations,improving the professional morals of the staff engaging in consulting,establishing the social credit system of tender consulting industry etc. |
