摘    要:山东某复合肥造粒塔工程由两个直径18m的圆塔与两座方塔衔接并排组成,总高度124.5m。圆塔内在高程96m及以上有5层现浇钢筋混凝土楼板平台,中间是方塔,内设楼梯间、电梯井和斗提间。圆塔的筒壁及方塔的竖向墙体采用滑模施工。经过多座同类工程施工,仍保持施工顺序不变,但对施工工艺局部进行了改进,取得了切实可行的较好效果。

Construction Technology for Sliding Formwork in Compound Fertilizer Prilling Tower Engineering
Abstract:A compound fertilizer prilling tower engineering in Shandong is established by two circular towers with the diameter of 18m and two square towers, with the total height of 124.5m. The circular tower has five layers of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor platform at the altitude of 96m and above, in the middle is a square tower, with internal staircases, elevator wells and bucket between. The vertical wall of circular tower and the cylinder wall of the square tower adopted sliding framework construction. After many base constructions of similar projects, the construction sequence remains un-changed, but the specific construction technology is improved with good practical results achieved.
