基于ISM的工程项目投标决策影响因素分析

该文研究工程项目投标决策中各影响因素之间的作用机理,利用解释结构模型(ISM)分析方法,构建工程项目投标决策影响因素分析模型。该模型由自身情况、项目情况、招标人的情况、竞争对手的情况、环境因素5个大方面的包含融资能力、技术能力等16个影响因素的指标集合构成。分析得出影响工程项目投标决策的各影响因素之间的定性关系、递阶结构有向图以及影响因素间的等级划分,为工程项目的投标决策提供直观、可信的依据。

nalysis on Influential Factors of Bidding Decision for ISM-based Projects

In order to study the mechanism of various factors in decision-making of project bidding, ISM analysis method is applied to establish the anal-ysis model for project biding decision factors. The model contains 16 influential factors, including financing ability, technical skills and so on, in five ma-jor aspects, including its own circumstances, the project situation, the competitors and environmental factors. Qualitative relationship, hierarchical struc-ture of a directed graph and grading factors between intuitive are obtained through analysis on various factors affecting the project drawn between bid de-cision, providing directed and credible basis for the bid decision project.
