| 摘 要： | 高校基建工程质量问题关系到学校事业的发展和广大师生的生命安全，本文分析了高校基建工程质量存在的主要问题，提出一些加强高校基建工程质量控制的措施：加强高校基建部门的质监职能。把质量监督贯穿于整个基建工程建设的全过程。

| Abstract: | The universities capital construction quality is closely related to the development of universities and safety of staff members and students. This paper analyzed the main problems about the universities capital construction quality, then put forward some measures for quality control, that is, strengthening the quality control function of the capital construction department; the quality control should be practiced throughout the whole process of capital construction. |
