水胶比和拆模时间对混凝土限制膨胀率的影响研究

摘    要:测试了不同水胶比,不同拆模时间时,混凝土的限制膨胀率。试验结果表明,随混凝土水胶比的减小,混凝土的限制膨胀率有所增大;水胶比小的混凝土的拆模时间可以适当提前,水胶比大的混凝土的拆模时间要有一定的延后,相同水胶比时,拆模时间越晚,其限制膨胀率越小。

Effect of Water-cement Ratio and Form Removal Time on the Restrained-expansion Rate of Concrete

Abstract:The restrained-expansion rates of concrete with different water-binder ratio and different form removal time were tested.The results indicate that with the decrease of water-binder ratio of concrete,the restrained-expansion rate can increase.And the form removal time of a small water-binder ratio concrete can be shifted in advance while that of a large water-binder ratio concrete can be delayed.Given the situation when water-binder ratio remains the same,the form removal time of concrete should be performed much later,and the restrained-expansion rate is much smaller.
