| 摘 要： | 重庆市建设行业专业技术管理岗位统考自实施以来,考核认定了大量的从事建设行业专业技术岗位管理的人员,对规范建设行业专业技术管理岗位起到了积极的作用。但随着建设行业对人才需求的不断提高以及国家执业资格考试制度的不断完善,目前的专业技术管理岗位考试还存在一些问题。结合作者多年从事建设行业专业技术管理岗位考试的教学管理及培训经验,提出从考试教材建设、试题库建设、考试方式等方面对现有考试制度进行改革,并就改革中可能出现的问题提出解决办法。
