“城市双修”背景下的老旧社区更新策略研究

基于“城市双修”理论,构建老旧社区更新框架。在剖析老旧社区现状及更新问题的基础上,以打造“宜居社区”为目标,在社区生态修复方面,提出修复生态景观,加快海绵社区建设,开发低效地;在社区修补方面,提出提升建筑功能品质,优化环境与公共空间,培养社区意识等策略。

Research on Renewal Strategy of Old Communities under the Background of Urban Double Renovations

Based on the theory of“urban double renovations”,this paper constructs the framework of old community renewal.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and renewal problems of old communities,taking“livable community”as the goal,puts forward the strategies of restoring ecological landscape,accelerating sponge community,and developing inefficient land in the aspect of community ecological renovations,puts forward the strategies of improving the quality of building functions,optimizing the environment and public space,and cultivating community consciousness in the aspect of community renovations.
