| 摘 要： | 随着我国商业地产市场的发展壮大,小城镇商业地产也得到不断发展,但小城镇商业地产融资渠道僵化、单一,客观上成为其发展的瓶颈。本文通过市场调查,深入分析小城镇商业房地产融资现状,对其融资未来发展趋势进行研究,为小城镇商业房地产融资寻求出路。

| Abstract: | According to the current situation of the real estate industry in small towns, commercial real estate will sell well. This text analyses the current situations of commercial real estate financing in small towns, draws the conclusion that for the rapid development of commercial real estate in small towns, it must accelerate the development of finance of the real estate to raise the social funds. |
