| Abstract: | This article expounds problems in tenders for purchasing materials and equipments. It also proposes countermeasures including strengthening the legal concept of tenderees, advocating the precedence of social benefits, improving the comprehensive quality of tenderees, improving the system of management. The countermeasures are expected to be used as reference for tenders in the future. |
