| Abstract: | This paper analyses the problems and causes in the management of costs in the construction enterprises through the system idiology. Then it puts forwards the countermeasures of the cost management of contractor: strengthening strategic cost management, sticking to the principles of systematic cost management, establishing the system which includes costs management organization, goals, methods, responsibilities and assessment analysis. |
