| 摘 要： | 结合建设工程质量监管的发展要求,探讨了全寿命周期管理的本质是集成化管理,对建设工程全寿命周期质量监管的作用和目标进行了分析,明确了工程质量监管信息集成化管理的要求。分析了基于全寿命周期管理的建设工程质量监管工作涉及的信息流,提出了监管系统的总体模型,并对实现系统的关键要素进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | According the improvement of construction project quality supervision(CPQS), the concept of the Building Lifecycle Management(BLM) is introduced. The main aim of CPQS based on BLM is to implement integrated information management of construction project quality from the perspective of government. This paper investigates the information of CPQS, designs the general model of the system of CPQS based on BLM theory, and discusses the key points of the system. |
