| 摘 要： | 动态控制是项目管理学中最基本的方法。本文结合大型冶金技改工程管理实践．对这一基本方法在项目进度目标控制中的应用进行较为系统的阐述，介绍如何把该原理与技改项目的特点相结合，进而找到更有效指导7台金技改项目进度管理的方法，以利于促进施工管理的科学化。
