| Abstract: | The Xiao Langdi Multipurpose Dam is an oversize hydraulic and hydroelectric project that is based on the working model of bill of quantities. This paper introduces the whole process of The Xiao Langdi project is international invite public bidding ,including the establishment of the bidding documents and bill of quantities, the manner of announce and appraise the tender, the management and control of contract etc. Simultaneously, the paper puts forward some viewpoints and suggestion on some problems in the invite public bidding works. |
