| 摘 要： | 代建单位绩效考评是"代建制"实施的配套制度.本文分析了代建单位绩效考评体系的内涵及其现实意义,提出了绩效考评制度的总体框架和路径,以及实施代建单位考评制度的几个重点环节,为建立政府投资项目代建单位绩效考评制度进行了有益探索.
